Kyle’s comments about 2 of 3 items in a PR and referred to in court filings was FALSE......ie, not true. A LIE.
The claim about losing contracts in the original complaint, was a LIE as their answers to Interrogatories show.
The claim about the Amazing Blogger banning posters wasn’t a typo, it was in fact a LIE. If that were true he could have simply banned everyone and had the board to himself.
