Typically, we know the next "date of interest" in this adventure that is our SecureAuth Appeal, but not now right? It's literally up to the 3-judge panel (that may or may not have been assembled yet)? I'm just confirming that there isn't some date I could be honing in on and obsessing over... lol

(answers I found indicated 3-4 months depending on the docket scheduling in order to get it in front of the court) Earlier posts of mine were hopeful that R&G would facilitate a faster docketing process.... probably wishful thinking.
