I think the silence is golden.....it takes time to work toward a partnership/acquisition and if there were 20 CDAs to work through, that is a significant effort. I also think that is the reason for no word from Leo....he is busy working on agreements and everything else is on hold. Otherwise, he would be communicating about K oral progress and B-OM sachets.

I also think that another poster nailed the P results issue....the 505b pathway makes the Phase IIb data critical and there is more to the data review than a typical trial compilation.

I hope they stay completely silent until a partnership/acquisition is finalized....
