2 things if I may. There is always the option 3 of tossing this back down to the court in which it came from. And to my best knowledge, currently, no one can challenge the patents with an IPR anymore. That stone has been turned over and we are solid!! IPR isn't "linked" to the court cases. You might have meant that and I just read it wrong.
