As I think about this, It makes me wonder if the group has more to offer CinarSan, Nov 2017 10Q shows other non-disclosed projects
350mw - 84 announced = 266MW UN-announced.
CinarSan having a percentage ownership of the Shala concession, you now have a committed contractor with your future projects?
why would you put a statement in your 10Q about 350MW of projects. the Sept 17 newsletter disclosed another 84 MW.
Maybe they got there own builder
