Am i the only one that saw the PR yesterday and read...
" We are diluting the f@ck out of this company and we still aren't going to tell you anything!"
The CLEC deal was supposedly all stock as well. My guess is that they are giving everyone preferred shares that won't be converted until after a reverse split .Our common shares are going to be reduced at a 1000:1 or 10000:1 and only then they will convert these deals into common shares. Officially screwing all us bagholding longs. You can tell by Jason's comments lately on linkedin that they officially don't give a crap about shareholders anymore. They needed us, used us, and now they don't care.
Today's news felt like more fluff bullsh!t to me.
I hope I am wrong and they have a plan in place to reward longs, but i don't see it quite yet.
