Been gone off the boards and OTC for quite a while, was doing some researching and came across BIEL. Have to say I am stumped as to why this isn't a lot higher.

I know 20 billion authorized and nearly all outstanding is not great, but I have been reading a lot of reviews that this thing really helps people and entities are embracing it.

Struggling to make sense of it all.
