All of that is very possible Stewy. I believe the WeWi acquisition is more about the SOL intellectual property and ANDI's ability to adapt it to cell phones than it is about the lap tops.
Just think of a time where your cell phone has unlimited battery life due to it being solar powered.
Also, they could potentially license their consumer products solar technology to other companies like Samsung or Apple....or they could just have a game-changing, revolutionary smartphone that has a HUGE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE over competitors.
FYI, the global lithium-ion battery market was ~$30B in 2017 and projected to grow to $139B by 2026 growing at CAGR of 18.7%.
