What would Trump do?
Trump, a leverage man if there ever was one, would hire 2-3 of the best of the best in medical device financing, and then give KB a blank check to bring GenPrecis to market before the J&J acquisition closes. He would then, in true Art of the Deal fashion, put DECN on the market for about $200 million. He would also sue J&J and Platinum for more money than he sued the NFL in 1985, for the same reasons -- illegal monopoly, even as both J&J and Platinum watch their diabetes medical devices go down the tubes.
