Given today's news of the acquisition and your other DD about the satellites, I'd speculate (not-too-wildly) that Utopya is building secure comms, satellite coverage, and focusing on defense markets as well as commercial. If Lockmart has its fingers in this too, it's going to be a big deal. (Again, this is speculation.)
