I followed back one of the title numbers to the old one and translated it to read something about discovery of duplicate titles with a notation on the bottom that they should say 100% owned by ALEJANDRO DE LEON GARCIA who was, according to MoMoRaptor, going to be the new CEO of SRGE. I think the new titles are just in the process of being updated. We all know how long that takes in Mexico. Maybe the litigation has something to do with the duplicate titles and is between those parties.
