I like the way you think Grow! I too am hoping that we move on now to the 3-panel judges' decision in favor of SFOR, with whatever penalties that need to be assessed, and still holding out hope for treble damages. Although I'm sure that SA discussing any settlement, is certainly trying to mitigate away from treble damages!. We'll see what happens moving forward. Hopefully in a timely manner!
