I wonder if they changed their strategy with the ticker change? They gave it 60 days and delay could be on FINRA’s side which is out of their control and decided to proceed with NRs so they can meet their $100M sales targets. A ticker change won’t help them meet that sales target but some upcoming NRs might so they decided not to wait any longer?
