I don't have time to look at this BK thoroughly but I expect that Oracle may be a creditor and want their piece of the dissolved co. when assets are sold off. People on boards always claim BK stocks have more assets than debt (99.999% of the time untrue); assets are likely to be sold to pay creditors (reason for bk). I wish all well that play it and hope as few as possible get trapped. I do not bash any play so that's it for me.
