Statement of Compliance was filed indicating they have discussed settlement. Is it really in SFOR's best interest to settle prior to panel decision? There is no known settlement yet. My personal view is to let the Panel render its judgment and THEN SETTLE. We have major future defendants to go after and lets REVERSE the Calif Court first thing. I believe this will settle soon after the decision. Just my two bits. Things are moving fast now. Of course our attorneys know a lot more about it so I go with whatever timetable they use for conclusion.
