Ok, no hard feelings. Is it too invasive to ask why you can't trade sub-penny? Moving funds to another broker would be pretty easy. Not saying I don't believe you, as maybe you trade with special broker or something but, it would be nice to finally hear what it is about your brokerage that keeps you from moving to one that allows you to get better prices.
