I personally don't want them to have the "option" of settlement! I'm hoping/praying that the Appeals Court reverses the decision, finding in favor of SFOR, and awards us treble damages! The only scenario in which I would want them to settle is if the Appeals Court reverses the decision in favor of SFOR, but remands it back to the California Court to be resolved. In that case then a SA settlement offer might be acceptable! But not while we have a chance in the Appeals Court for treble damages, and I think we have that possibility! Just IMHO!!!
