Wow, I see we agree on something! “But, a rise in stock price as a result of a DECN settlement windfall will not be enough”....... just like last time, a much ballyhooed (before) and severely minimal and obscure settlement (after) WON’T be enough, for sure! SALES will be enough, IF they ever happen!
