Have we determined definitively that there's a 10-day ruling period? Or is that kind of like a best-case scenario? Because if they really can get these Judges together and make a ruling that quick.... well let's just say that would blow me away with surprise. Brief was 6/4 yes? So we're nearing the end of that stretch. I would have (imo) expected pps to anticipate this ruling as we marched closer.
