I had a dream about this scenario we have with SA. The appeals rules in SFOR's favor then realizing that this BS has gone on long enough awards them the treble damages. Since this ruling can't be appealed SA promptly files for bankruptcy protection. Meanwhile R&G undertakes a letter writing campaign aimed at SA's clients informing them of what a scumbag co. they have contracted with. SFOR wins over some of them and has new clients. Meanwhile SA loses what clients they have left. No buyers= no company. The firm they just merged with realizes what a scam has been perpetrated on them and pulls out. SFOR may never realize any monies from SA but the press about the scandal will be fantastic, furthering our name recognition. Free advertising and scaring the bejesus out of other infringers. This is what happens when one goes to bed with sugar plum faries dancing in their heads.
