Exactly, I was behind the 2013 rally on IFUS when I saw the same massive steal buy that locked up the float in 2013, happened again about 6 weeks ago, bith with no news. In 2013 major news started the rally, and less than a million shares a day ran it from .001 to .01 in 3-4 weeks, the volume exploded and it got .040 in heavy volume. Traded in the pennies area fro a long time.
