The real answer to gun safety and gun control starts with what kids see on tv/video games, that guns are power and define you! Try to watch main stream tv at 7pm and watch the beginning of most of the shows. Always the stars seen shooting guns, the Cool Cops, Ya know know what I mean Starsky?
