Frankly, I only want a settlement AFTER reversal because we need the reversal of the district court judge' decision to strengthen our future suits. I want to wipe out the holding of his ruling so it can not be cited in future matters. It will be much easier for SFOR when that decision does not stand as law and is reversed.
