Going back to 2013 and up to Q2 of 2016 ONCI recorded ZERO revenue. That’s 14 quarters of NOTHING.
In March of 2016 Steve Berman took over as CEO. During the first 2 full quarters under his leadership ONCI still produced no revenues; however, during that time Mr. Berman began cleaning up the company’s previous mess, developing a business plan, and setting a new direction for ONCI.
In the 3rd quarter with Steve Berman as CEO, ONCI produced its first revenue in Q1 of 2017, and revenues have increased each quarter since.
