I was going after a couple of consulting gigs in this space and did a deep dive into the top company in one state. Looked at their website, customer portal, mobile app, search capabilities as well as their in hospital user experience as I am a customer.
I asked my whole family for their feedback. It was like drinking from a faucet of all that the medical area could do, but really have no clue and the POV from the consumer. To be fair, I am a IT marketing guy with two kids schooled on marketing and advertising. I passed along all that to nFusz.
I think notifiMD is going to be a pretty, pretty, pretty good product.
Who am I kidding. It's going to be dam great and about time some one changed up that boring space. If I go to by dentist office one more time to see a stupid video on their TV I am going to scream. Give me a tablet that is interactive if you want to sell me something that applies to ME!
