I think it makes more sense than any alleged corruption on the part of Judge K. Keep in mind, he's a Federal Judge, not some looney-toons state court judge. Federal judges are not known for being on the take. They are, however, quite human, and thus subject to pressures and circumstances created by their place of work.

Worst case scenario, Judge K. gets this back from the Fed. Cir. panel with instructions as to how to handle the fact finding portion of this litigation; which he will follow to the letter.

Best case, he gets instructions to rubber stamp SFOR's patents and award damages. That is the day we eat steaks.
