Yes my intent was not to say that it did not protect us. A patent pending does protect us and from everything that I've seen it looks like it will be approved. It doesn't however protect those who are wishing to execute a deal with us for the use of that license until that technology is fully protected. Thus I don't expect to see any licensing deals until we receive the actual approval.
