Haha, was about to type "maybe emz's rumblings are accurate" and lo and behold you had just posted over here 
Even a novice trader can see ANDI has been manipulated down over the last few months. News of contracts/distribution send the share price to .05-.10 conservatively, IMO.
The payoff for our patience should be right around the corner....hopefully we ain't waiting a NYC block
