Whats amusing to me is they think they can hind behind VPN's, Tor & Incognito browsers. Yet admin has the ability to catch people using these tactics. What make them think they can hide from a cyber security expert? When the time is right its going to be like a game of wack-a-mole, guess who's going to be playing the part of the mole.
