yes last yrs projections were over optimistic, but the market
factored that in quickly and brought the price back down
from .019 to .002-.00039 where we've been this year.
ONCI is still UP 200+% from less than a year ago which
does reflect the 4 qtrs. in a row of increasing revenues and
profits AND ALSO includes the negatives of the Delaware
debt and not getting FINRA approval debt.
So the bottom line is from this point on as long as ONCI
keeps showing revenue and PROFIT increases this year
the stock WILL GO HIGHER and as soon as the other
problems get solved which IMO they will then all the
positive catalysts that sent ONCI to .019 last year come
back into play.
Is just a simple RISK/REWARD calculation that at this
point is WAY WAY in favor of the BULLISH side IMO.
