That's likely an issue with his broker then. Some brokers are selling and buying, just based on trades that executed in the past 2 weeks. But then some don't want to touch this on the buy or sell side, unfortunately.

I don't know if there are legalities on if a brokerage has a fiduciary duty to make an effort to sell a grey market stock or not.
