HL, the brief is full of references to improprieties concerning the actions of the district court judge. Its a legal way of drawing attention to his actions. I say the only logical conclusion anyone can come to concerning him is he was on the take. I can’t say “crooked” because someone actually thinks what is said here would/could have an impact on our case. I find that as unlikely as SA winning this case but I am a man of peace, lol.
