Just my opinion but those 2 co.s were in a changing industry of print media where things are going digitial more and more everyday. They couldn't keep up with the change and they were to big to do so. It was like turning an aircraft carrier around but they needed to turn around with the speed of a jet ski. All my opinion of course.
I think SFOR will be bought how soon or for how much is all speculation at this point.
