The trades are technically fake because they're being washed between accounts in small amounts.
Their agenda is to create fear, uncertainty, and doubt in an attempt to try to get real shareholders to sell their shares so they can cover their naked short positions.
Notice that 88 shares were traded at .0099? That's an 87 cent trade. Someone without L2 or someone who doesn't even consider looking at the tape could miss this. The commission on that trade at lets say $7 per trade costs 804% more than the actual trade (88 shares at .0099).
