I came across a press release from today that had a really different method of buying back the share structure. This is the first I've seen where company insiders purchased the shares seemingly out of pocket.

By no way am I inferring that this is what TPAC is doing. That said, there seem to be many more roads to Rome than originally thought.
You never know who has what in their bank account, and how much of a priority certain matters are. The MAXD execs could buy out of pocket at the bottom, knowing full well that revenue is about to be continuous, and rather than use the revenue to buy back the same amount of shares at a higher price, thus negatively impacting their bottom line, instead, they just soak them up out of personal funds at a given range, and simply use the revenues to buy the shares back from themselves at that same given range, thus maximizing the future revenues, and having a much better share structure once they hit. Sure would beat buying the same amount of shares for more money at a higher price.
I had never seen a company do this and thought it might be interesting for additional speculation.
