Been too busy to chime in more often, but a reversal will get the other cases rolling again. SecureAuth is small potatoes, IMO, compared to Apple, Facebook, Ebay, Gmail, Google, etc... anyone using SFOR's OOBA will be named an infringer!!!!
R&G and BlankRome are Titans in the IP legal world, AND they must be salivating just thinking of how powerful SFOR's IP's are in the tech world (one of the hottest markets).
Duo and Centrify are especially important, it is belived they were in settlement talks.
Duo should be one of the biggies of this infringing batch.
And as per Kay, once there are some settlements the next batch will be filed.
