Sorry to disappoint common shareholders, we have no voting right and therefore no power to stop anything Kay and co. want to do as far as a buyout is concerned. Management holds all the cards. All we can do is hope they are greedy and with a reversal will hold the upper hand. It is their cake to eat. Never have they been in such a position. Exciting time to be a shareholder. GO SFOR!!!!!
