LeClair Sr. Yes but that was because we did it wrong. A reverse split done properly the Share value stays the same and the company doesn't drop in PPS overnight. how do you do avoid that? You don't reverse split the stock until the company has solid Revenue, a huge product release or something that will sustain it. As far as the Longs are concerned, the company should structure a special class of stock to move our long term loyal shareholders into a protected structure.
