The following was shared in a PM, by another poster, and their point is a valid one to consider!
It is time for posters to stop calling this judge crooked in posts here since there may be a remand to that court!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We gain nothing by allowing that on this board EOM SAs attorneys may make sure someone on his staff sees a selection of such posts.
Obviously we don't want to "muddy the waters", considering the case may be remanded back to the same venue/Judge! Just something for everyone to consider! Although I'm hoping it all ends in the Appeals Court, with the 3-judge panel ruling in favor of SFOR, and assessing the appropriate damages (treble), including lawyer fees, etc..
