Share price is at a stalemate until news. Without Aspire selling the shorts and manipulators have no inventory (supply and demand) to manipulate. At 2:00 Eastern only about 30,000 shares traded and stock is flat. Most longs have their positions in place and are not selling at these ridiculously low prices and some are able to nibble on a few shares to increase their position. The only sellers are a few penny traders. If shorts do have exposed NSS they are in big trouble and they know it. When strong P results and/or partnership is announced the share price will gap up significantly. Tick tock!
