Remember this:
Duo was deep in settlement talks, and their defense was to send us to the PTAB because "they weren't infringing because the patents weren't enforceable"
Fast forward to today.
The patents are VERY much enforceable per supreme court and Duo knows this. Just waiting for the final pieces to fall into place. Then all Duo has to do is sign on the dotted line, every month in perpetuity.
