I am thinking we will get a J&J answer early next week. That will determine whether Mr. Berman remains a guerilla warrior or whether he has the money to act like a competitor.

Either way real CEOs of newly real companies are not going to take J&J settlement money and give any of the transient (and nasty) self-entitled shareholders, although the penny flipper feeding frenzy will begin just as soon as mediation rumors hit the street -- just like last time.
