Investor Fraud Class Action exposure once and if any recovery from suit case against JnJ UNLESS a miracle by DEFAULT or in spite of Berman occurs, IMO.
Hurricane Willy, what makes you believe you can manufacture a situation where 3-4 disgruntled shareholders and a rabble rouser from the iHub fraud board (run by mistress fraud herself), including you (especially you), can convince a class action law firm to sue the company for doing its job? You, my evil friend, cannot even assemble message board posters to support you. YOU cannot sue a company for YOUR failures and your seemingly endless poor judgment. Every post you make blazes a trail directly back at you. The company isn't hurting shareholder (real shareholder) investments, YOU are.
There is a lot of desperation on the iHub board these days.
