I work as a commercial construction LPDA sub contractors project superintendent overseeing multiple jobsites and I can tell you that if I could shut off all communication/complaints/schedule pressure with the customer i would do it in a heartbeat. That's with maybe 15 contractors... now imagine the 2000 angry a-holes emailing ANDI every day making absurd demands and threats... i would block us too!!!
