Joeb - you do realize that this is no different than someone else writing checks out of your checking account - and you have absolutely no recourse to discover who they are and discover their motivations - and you have absolutely no legal right to stop the check writing. You just have to keep putting money into the account

other than cancelling your checking account...which is similar to NTEK going out of business and giving up in our situation..
