note the *volume avgs* today for IPIX ..

Volume (90 day Average) 213,384
i'm reminded of the first week of April 2018 .. just b4 the 9th of April's 10 day avg hitting 90,000 and change ..

Volume (10 day Average) 101,140
Volume (90 day Average) 247,461
realize just because 8M *shares* were sold .. it doesn't mean that they have hit the open market in total (i'd argue only a few M have myself) .. suspect NR finally realized that they couldn't *outlast* Innovation's ability to execute
suspect we'll see a laddered cover attempted .. imo NR will lose on 2 fronts .. news out of mgmt means loss of NRs' *CONtroll* (PPS/SMBs) .. and imo reg sho will be triggered .. quite possibly b4 news out of mgmt

News on several fronts is imminent. Like you I doubt NR will be able to control the situation once that happens. A string of good news could devastate NR especially if an uplisting is part of the equation which I believe will be the case.
In the meantime those that can continue to accumulate knowing news is very close. Go IPIX!!!
