Anyone know what the SEC rules are for uplisting to another exchange? When Rory is ready to make the move, is a PR or 8k required to notify shareholders? Just curious because he did mention one time that he might need to borrow for it and i'm thinking he's got something under his sleeve. Practically no PRs have been released except for the uplisting and, he said the schools were taking on a life of their own, gonna be big, same with notifiEDU. He was super excited from the last oracle meeting, just a lot of heavy sh-t going on behind the scenes.
