No doubt the court will act in favour of QMC and eventually the case will be dismissed. The court just laughs the litigation off.
In one case the predatory lenders sued QMC for making a payment on business day Friday, one day before the scheduled day which is not a business day. In another case for making a payment on business day Monday after the scheduled day which is also not a business day. They claimed default with the motive of getting more shares.
