Does it make sense for K1 to buy SFOR immediately after SA settles? That way they could recover most of the settlement cost.
SFOR appears to meet their shopping criteria of "lower middle market software companies in North America". Also, with our pending international patent the world would be their oyster as far as MFA/OOBA is concerned IMHO.
