Patents have been validated, and Supreme Court ruled that those decisions can not be further challenged. Unless SA and others can show they are not infringing on SFOR patents, can’t see what other legal grounds they have to argue. Their whole defense was that SFOR patents werent enforceable, not that they weren’t infinging. Seems like a slam dunk to me. I just hope that we hold their feet to the fire for treble damages as will send a bigger message to others to settle.
OTC land is full of penny stocks, but tell me one that has Patents validated multiple times up to the Supreme Court in an evolving high interest area such a CyberSecurity.
Court cases, retail and channel sales, and Blocksafe news around the corner. Even pessimistic estimates on news will raise price as no doubt money heading our way, but am confident that optimistic outlooks will come to fruition. No doubt price heading up, just a matter of how fast and how high. Patents + High viz/high demand Cyber = $$$$s.
Know what you own and good luck to all
